Therapeutic Massage
Massages are customized for each individual's needs. Massages include swedish techniques, deep tissue techniques, and passive stretches. Massage therapy relieves muscle tension, stiffness and muscle spasms. The massage will offer greater flexibility and range of motion and increase the ease and efficiency of movement. Our massages also provide relief of stress and relaxation of deeper and easier breathing. All services require a 50% deposit to book.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation. Using our pregnancy cushion, you will be offered the option of face down massage, for a more effective and relaxing experience. All services require a 50% deposit to book.
Hot Stones Massage
Our Hot Stones Massage is a 60, 90, or 120 minute service with hot towels included. We use a lavender herbal massage lotion infused with arnica and chamomile extracts. The warmth of the stones helps relieve tight muscles, then induces deep relaxation without over heating. All services require a 50% deposit to book.
Body Polish
Cleanse, polish, and protect your skin. Extracts, gently buffs away dull skin cells, and unclogs pores rejuvenating your skin creating the ultimate healthy glow, as well as strengthening elasticity and replenishing moisture loss.
Seaweed Wrap
The Seaweed Wrap is good for the skin because it exfoliates, tones, relaxes, and moisturizes. It contains sea salt, sea weed, amino acids, and vitamins. This wrap can help with dry and cracking skin, stress, tightening wrinkles and reduces water retention.
Mud Wrap
The Mud Wrap hydrates, tones, and heals your skin and makes it feel healthy. It can also help relieve aches and helps detox your skin of impurities. Get this wrap and leave feeling like you have smooth, clear, and healthy skin and free of joint and muscle aches.
Facial Rejuvenation

30 or 60 minutes focusing on relieving your tired aching feet. You'll feel renewed and restored afterwards!

Do you need a fast but effective way to relieve some irritating pain? Schedule your chair massage today. You will be in and out in no time feeling rejuvenated and ready for the rest of your day.

The Ultimate
The Ultimate entails a day of ultimate relaxation, so get ready! It includes a 90 minute hot stones massage, a back rejuvenation, a body polish, a 60 minute facial rejuvenation, a hydration wrap, an herbal foot soak and a 30 minute foot massage. A complimentary lunch is also included. This will relax your muscles, exfoliate your skin, and leave you feeling like a newly relaxed and rejuvenated you (after a nap)! Requires a 50% deposit to book.
Reiki
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. We use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing using energy points within the body to be transferred through the palms of the therapist to the client in order to encourage natural emotional or physical healing. It can be used for things like stress relief, relaxation, and the promotion of overall health, and it even helps with the relief of side effects caused by illness and recovery time.
